Project Details

Back in 2022, we had the please of installing a fully programmable lighting system and carrying out a full LED lighting upgrade to the main function rooms at The Parkway Hotel & Spa in Cwmbran.

The upgrade consisted of the replacement of 69 power hungry halogen downlight's with LED recessed luminaries, the replacement of 273 lamps in the chandelier light fittings and the replacement of all emergency lighting fixtures.

The project included the installation of Lutron QSNE Energi Savr Nodes – a fully programmable lighting control system which can be used to control dimming and to switch between lighting scenes based on different events.

Following the upgrade, we calculated the energy savings based on a standard 8 hour day to drop from 11.3kWh to 2.2kWh, saving our client £4,044 a year (based on 300 days usage).

Thanks Jake for helping me out when I had an Earth/Neutral Fault (or some other such technical-sounding thing) at home. The guys at JS Electrics recently completed a rewire at my property. They did a fantastic job in a very short period of time. I was expecting a lot of mess to clean up but was pleasantly surprised when I came back and the house was in the same condition I left it. The flooring and furniture was placed back as it was and the chasing in the walls was very clean. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again!

Superb. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.Professional, well qualified and very knowledgeable, committed, quick, excellent communication, very neat working and no mess, very helpful, excellent interpersonal skills, very well presented in a uniform, Covid rules strictly adhered to. Jake and Shaun was very professional with the way they turned up and assessed our work required and give us some better solutions on upgrades of the new light lamps to have to brighten up our facility's. They sent through the costing within a day of leaving and carried out the work the week after. When the 2 men where on the job they was very professional as they was working in a educational environment and where very cautious not to disturb the curriculum that was ongoing that day.I would highly recommend these 2 lads very professional, Clean and got the job done.
